Casey is a fifth year physics PhD candidate at UC Berkeley with an M.A. in Physics from UC Berkeley (2013) and a double B.S. in Applied Physics and Geochemistry from the California Institute of Technology (2011). Casey is a researcher in the Liwei Lin lab at UC Berkeley studying microfluidic logic as well as microfluidic applications of 3D printing. In his spare time, he waltzes, sings opera, and rewrites and performs Gilbert and Sullivan's musicals with academic themes.
